International Journal of Engineering Research And Generic Science (IJERGS) given the facility for withdrawal Research Article/Research Paper/Case Report. To withdraw Research Article/Research Paper/Case Report, a formal request has to be made by Corresponding Author or Main Author through by email. Research Article/Research Paper/Case Report which have not been published yet but represent early versions of articles, are discovered to be accidental duplicates of other published Research Article/Research Paper/Case Report, or are determined to violate our IJERGS Journal publishing ethics guidelines in the view of the editors may be “Withdrawn” from our  IJERGS Journal. On Research Article/Research Paper/Case Report is withdrawal from IJERGS Journal, a penalty will be imposed.

An article may be withdrawn from consideration at any time prior to its acceptance or publication, The reasons for withdrawal may include:

1. Author have find errors or mistake in the article and case report that require for revision.

2. Author have submitted the article and case report to another Journal for publication.

3. Author have decided to withdraw the article and case report for personal cause.

4. Author is under review process but has not been accepted for publication.

Authors who wish to withdraw their article from consideration must provide written notification to the Chief Editor via email. The notification should include the following information:

1. An article title or Manuscript number

2. Names of all authors with corresponding author

3. Reason for article withdrawal

4. Date of article submission

If the withdrawal is within the 10 days of submission, the author is allowed to withdraw the manuscript without paying any withdrawal fee, however, if authors withdraw manuscripts any time after review and acceptance, a withdrawal fee will have to be paid.
